Short answer, you don't. If they have done something for which they deserve to be fired, informing their boss is about all you can do.
Sam Walton (the founder of Wal-Mart) used to say the customer can fire everyone in the company from the CEO to the stock person, and they can do so simply by shopping somewhere else.

Normally, an accusation of something that is worthy of immediate termination. It also helps to fabricate some evidence that they have commited this wrong doing.
I don't suggest it, though. Find a new job instead. Your integrity is more important than this person.

If you get someone fired for NO REASON other than you don't like them, Be prepared. No one else will trust you especially if they know or find out you did it out of spite.
