I think that I am personally a leader because I dont always go by the rules. I can admit that sometimes, I can get a little my-way or the highway-ish. I dont always like what everyone else likes. I'm my own person. But even though, it depends on the situation. I think eveyrone from time to time in there life, switches from being a leader to a follower, and vice versa. In some cases, your forced to being a follower.

I'd say I'm both...If I have my way I'd rather follow, but I can step up and take charge and lead when necessary. And I don't put any effort into trying to standout..I just do what I'm supposed to do in the best, most efficent, timely manner I can like I was raised by my parents to do. If someone notices the job I'm doing then that's just a bonus...I'm not a glory hound!

Leader. When it comes to tasks at hand, and people are looking around im usually the one to open my mouth and get people moving on the tasks.
Some may call me an ar$e for that, but it gets things done.

I'm a solo act. However, I tend to be the person that you can tell to do a, b and c and I'll do them and the rest of the alphabet too - so follower. But I can make my voice heard - been complaining a lot lately!

I'm a leader. It's because I have a strong personality (that's my opinion anyway). I'm definately NOT a follower. I never have been.

i think im a leader because im always the host of parties between my friends and they always follow me and ask me questions. like if id go to the office theyd come too. i love my friends though.
