I am trying to conceive and we were only able to have sex on the day I actually ovulated. Has anyone gotten pregnant from sex just on their ovulation day alone ?

With my first pregnancy I had sex 4 days before ovulation and that was it. Sex just the day of ovulation would give you even more of a chance of pregnancy since the sperm would all be alive still, whereas in my situation alot had probably died off. I guess we got lucky. Good luck.

The few days before ovulation is the final time to get pregnant. My husband and that i were attempting for months to get pregnant, and that's what my physician instructed me (specially, to commence having intercourse a minimum of another day a minimum of a week before I *concept* i substitute into approximately to ovulate). From what i've got study, having intercourse once you ovulate is oftentimes too previous due. regrettably, now the genuine waiting starts for you! abode being pregnant checks oftentimes won't tutor you're pregnant till 2 weeks after ovulation (despite the fact that some have examined helpful before than that, I examined damaging 14 DPO and helpful 19 days previous ovulation). Blood checks could be helpful a week after ovulation. have self assurance me, i know how troublesome that's waiting! yet when I have been provided that damaging effect i substitute into rather bummed, even although I knew that it may be too early for me (my menstrual cycle substitute into continually on the long area), so i might propose waiting as long as you are able to before finding out. Set a date 4 days (or despite) once you assume your era to come back, and don't try till ultimately then.
