She wont need to be banned. After performances like that, people will stop paying their hard earned $$ to go see her...effectively banning her...

Apparently hours and hours of practice didn't help; it was a train wreck. The song was awful, and she looked like something the cat drug in. But, while she can't be banned, this will definitely affect future gigs and the sale of her CD. Don't look for her to be a head liner again.
