If you have the slightest suspicion that you might be diabetic, get to a doctor and get it checked right away. Uncontrolled diabetes is a horrible, horrible disease! I have known people to go blind from it and also have to go on dialysis because diabetes made their kidneys fail. And a friend lost most of his right foot last winter and still can't drive or walk unaided. It also plays havoc with your sexual functioning. This is NOT something to get diagnosed by a bunch of untrained strangers online! And don't delay -- your vision can fail with no warning.

You need to have a doctor check you out pronto. It could be anything, including high blood pressure and anemia. Usually diabetes doesn't correct itself, you need to get glucose into your body or you need a shot of insulin, depending on which extreme you're experiencing. Please make an appointment to see your doctor right away, OK?

that sounds more like a panic attack, if it's accompanied with sweating, fast heartbeat, and breathing fast. It's definately anxiety.
