If your question is what I think you are trying to say , then the others are close to the answer , however "normal " is not the best choice of words , I know women who have carried 9 and even 10 months and are not normal , some appear to be until the parents attempt to raise a child for 18 years , and the Normal everything is out the window ......

I had a friend who gave birth to twins 12 weeks early. They were tiny (2 lbs and 2 lbs 5oz) but healthy. They did stay in the hospital for 5 weeks though, but now they are 10 years old.
One of my daughter's friends had a baby at 24.5 weeks and he is fine, he was about 1 lb at birth and could fit in the palm of your hand, it was touch and go for about a week, but all came out fine. He is now a rambunctious 3 year old.

Babies born as early as 23 weeks have a chance of survival, but most will have health and/or developmental issues. Once a woman reaches 28 weeks gestation the chances of the child having any permanent cognitive delays from prematurity are very very low and the long term outcome is good.

37 weeks is considered term, but it all depends on your baby and how it has developed. I recently met a lady who had her daughter at 38 weeks and she was tiny and she has an issue with her foot. They are hoping it will be just fine, but there are no guarantees.

36 weeks. Other than that, they will probably be a bit underweight, and may have respiratory problems. 36 weeks you are more or less guaranteed to be perfectly healthy.
