Pls suggest me,

Intel's latest "Core 2 Duo" supportive, faster motherboard(without onboard audio, video and graphics support) with Rewritable BIOS (or Flash ROM or Rewritable ROMs) which (in future) supports the CPU upgradation of Quadcore (or 2 Quadcore in future if so), for my new system.

No onboard audio would be quite tough to find. BUT here are my favorites:

Fastest would be those that support ddr3 RAM like the P5K3 and the Blitz Extreme.
