Does anyone know what happens if you get caught driving other teens in california when you have had your license for less than a year?

Gradulated licences are to save lifes when Males get in the car with each other we tend to show off when girls do it they get distracted talking and looking at guy's. It might not have happened yet some one you know will die over 7,000 kids 16 to 20 will not be alive a year from now. I cannot say about California Laws I think they suspend your licence until you turn 18
