i am really self concinous about my body. I really want to drop 30 pounds by the summer. But the problem is i dont like anything healthy. please help. o and i dont want a pill.

I think exercise is the main thing to do. I'm trying to loose weight too. and i dont like salad and all that lol. but i think excercise and just try holding back on the extra snacks when you arent hungry (well atleast i do that lol) but...ya, good luck!

Changing your diet is difficult but there are a few things you can do. Whatever your diet is try smaller portions and try to keep your calorie intake between 1200 and 1600. Try to cut out some of your sweet beverages such as soda or juice and replace them with unsweetened iced tea or better yet water--get plenty of fluids and exercise 30 minutes or more everyday. Sometimes once you start losing weight and exercising you feel better and are more motivated to change bad eating habits. Good Luck!

Exersize as much as possible and also, even if you don't like healthy foods, whatever it is you're eating, take way less portions of it and you'll see a difference in no time. I'm doing the same thing. I want to drop 30 pounds by summer as well [=

If you're unwilling to change your diet, simply exercise more often. All you have to do is run for 10 minutes every day and you'll notice some changes.

I am a woman ..
You can exerice like me.
-50 minutes jogging every day
-100 situps everyday.before u go to sleep.
-2 other types of stomach exercise
-100 pushups.
-skip junkies
-drink 100% fruit smoothies only.
-eat less.

Well, if you want to lose weight you have to eat healthy, end of story. Even if you didn't wanna lose weight, it's important to eat healthy foods. Try exercise?

Exercise, exercise. But without eating the right foods (I hate them too) it will be very very hard for you.

I eat the right crap, its nasty, but I eat it for the better good. Or something like that.
