What you may have are sebaceous cysts, which are harmless unless they get infected. I had one on my back that had to be removed. Unless they get bigger or become irritating, I would see a doctor to get them removed before they become infected. It will hurt less if you remove them when they are not infected. They will just inject novacaine to numb the area and then remove the sac that has all the "stuff" in it that is making it inflammed. Gross, I know, but I hope my information is helpful. Look up sebaceous cysts on WebMd for more information.

You seem to be developing a condition called Hidradenitis. Are you allergic to your underwear. (Latex) The elastic around the legs?
I have Hidradentits in my groin. And mine was the size of a golf ball. Slather some Neosporin on them, it will keep them from getting infected, and will shrink them down to nothing. Do it quickly before it's too late. They multiple and grow large in no time. I've had surgery on mine, because it burst and never closed up.
They are boils. And they are no fun. If you need further information you can email me at

I would recommend getting a 3rd opinion, preferably from someone that doesn't share the same office of the doctors you've seen.

Could be cysts in a set of glands called the Bartholin's glands but a 3rd opinion may be able to help you figure out what could be causing this.
