I acknowledge that our culture is complex and compelling for many. However, I do not believe that you are a concerned citizen of this country. Please do not post questions to spread confusion and discord between the various ethnic groups who live together here.
EDIT: I don't need any "statistical facts" from some guy who comes here to reap the benefits of this society while complaining all the time.
You need to make an effort to contribute positively to your surroundings and stop disparaging the people around you. I have read some of your other Q&As, including this one:

You need to get a better grip on the English language yourself, not to mention history. Vikings here before Native Americans? Please!
How can you feel qualified to announce that other people should "go back to" anywhere? You should empathize with them. They are like you. They have come to live here.
The kids in our schools need validation and encouragement, not selfishness, bigotry and resentment. So does the rest of society.
If and when your intentions and outlook become more positive, you will find that your environment and the people in it are much better than you presently think, and you will be happier.

There is no simple answer for your question and I'm really not sure if you stats are correct Anyway some circumstances that give us an idea of why are? Alarming # of single parent homes, many of the single parents are struggling to put food on the table and keep the lights on, so who's raising the children while they are at work?
Sometimes people have low expectations for themselves thus they transfer that belief onto their children. Maybe some adult male influences weren't positive role models in their lives. Ask the average black child who are his/her role models and they will say TI, Jay Z or Beyonce before they will say a doctor, lawyer or scientist. (And I'm not hating on any of them!)
Lack of job opportunities. American companies are shutting down jobs in America and sending them to foreign countries where there are no unions and the wages are cheaper. Thus the US job market is more competitive which makes it really hard for some people to find a good paying job with benefits.
School administrations caring more about the overall percentages and test scores of the entire school but failing to care as much about the educational development of each individual students. The US goverment which would rather spend 1 billion dollars a month on the War on Terrorism than spend the money needed to overhaul the US educational system. Underpaid, and overworked teachers can't save every kid.
Our society! When you watch TV, listen to music and read magazines everyone is constantly bombarded with images of materialistic consumption and excess. Black people place value on the finer things in life too and many get involved in criminal activities to get paid and have things.

Because of how people are raised. Black or white, if you are raised in a poor community and you are surrounded by negative influence, that plays a big role in how people act. The fathers take off because they are used to living in a game, thinking they are players is what they consider cool. Plus they do not want the financial responsibility. People and government need to get involved to clean up the urban areas and put more positivity in peoples lives. If you grew up in the ghetto and had no money, do you think you would have turned out the way you did. These people are just trying to get through the day without being shot, raped or mugged. Parents play the biggest role in determining how their children will turn out. Lazy good for nothing parents normally raise lazy good for nothing children.

That's an interesting & TOUGH question to answer. The problem may simply boil down to the simple lack of positive Adult Black role models- for the Sons of single Black Women. Many of the potential role models for black kids- have "questionable" credentials. They're Sports stars (who end up in the Headlines as much as for what they do OFF the field- as on), or Rappers (whose lyrics do not alway portray a positive image of women or society), or Conservative religious figures (whose own lives & values don't relate well- to todays street-smart black guys). With so few "guide posts" to gravitate towards, I think too many Black kids just "get lost" in the prejudices of the Street... -get in with bad crowds, & end up going nowhere but jail by the time they reach adulthood. It's one of the great tragedies of our Times :(

There is a vicious cycle in a lot of inner city neighboorhoods. Boys without fathers grow up to become men who never had a role model at home. I believe real progress could be made in these areas if race baiters like Sharpton and Jackson would just go away...or actually started to help instead of flying off the handle screaming racism at every oppurtunity. They need the people living in these areas to constantly feel like victims. Once you claim victimhood status, you pretty much give up taking resposibility for trying to improve things.

I guess when you take away the history of an entire race and chop down their families tree, then all kinds of terrible crap happens within that race. Other than that who knows...

because they don't have a male role model. While a woman can do a very good job at being a mother and leading a household, no matter how hard she tries she can't be a male rolemodel.

Not because they're black, but because of their circumstances. As a concerned citizen, you should be doing everything you can to promote help for kids who need it most.
