You sound very tiny, but everything is proportional so it's ok. You're pretty close to an hourglass shape. You're lucky, I've got about the same weight and measurements, but I'm about 5'5 so I look more skinny and lanky.

Normal height, good weight, nice proportions - OK!
You are likely to grow a bit more and gain some weight with it.
Just weigh yourself once a week, to maintain.

You shouldnt care what other people think about you.
Only what you think about yourself.
No one cares how much you weigh or how skinny you are.
See a doctor if you think your not "normal"
But until then grow up.
This is really immauture.
And be confident in yourself.
