Roman Colessum, Aqueducts, roman coins, renaissance art(1400's -1600's), cathedrals, the pope, great roman statues, Romanesque art. I can't think of anything else, but this a start for yeah, Italy is a great country to go to, has tons of great art, architecture, food, etc...
