Presidents don't control the world. and when a president takes office the world doesn't change over night. Sometimes the actions of a president will have effect after he leaves office. You think if we are still in Iraq when the next president takes office they are not going to blame Bush?
Lets look at each of your issues.
9/11 - Clinton could have killed or arrested Osama twice and just chose not to. Bush never had such an easy shot that he passed up.
Economy - The economy collapsed in 2000 before Bush took office, got a lot worse after 9/11. Bush taxcuts pulled us out of the recession.
War - Bush Sr. Should have finished the job. Clinton should have enforced the ceasefire resolution. Bush did. It is a mess because of poor post invasion planning due to a fear of the responsibility of nation building. That part is all on Bush.
Larry Craig - is all on Larry Craig and doesn't have anything to do with anybody else.
Hillary Clinton - Bill's the idiot who married the Socialist witch. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't be dealing with her now. So yes we can blame him for her.
Mexican Immigrants - Name one president who has ever done anything to curb illegal immigration. Clinton is just as much to blame as the other 42 men who held the office.
Why don't you go ahead and accept what old billy boy did, and let the rest of us get on with dealing with the events of today? Assigning blame really doesn't help fix anything. But denying history doesn't help either. Acknowledge the facts so you can understand the problem, so you can find a solution. Pointing fingers solves nothing.
