I'd have to say Carolina with Georgia, LUS, Tennessee, Florida, Clemson, and Arkansas. OR Maryland with West Virginia, Rutgers, Georgia Tech, Clemson, Boston College, FSU. Does anyone know of any teams that have more difficult schedules?

USC. I'll be surprised if the Trojans play for the national championship this year. The PAC-10 is probably the only conference that can make a reasonable claim to SEC's "toughest conference" crown, and USC faces all but one of their toughest opponents on the road: at Nebraska, at Washington, at Notre Dame (maybe not so tough this year), at Oregon, at Cal, at Arizona State. I'll bet you right now that at least five of those teams make bowl games this year.

Its hard to say who has the toughest schedule until the end of the year when we know who is good and who is bad. Usually its an SEC team or ND that has the toughest schedule. I would say that ND has the toughest schedule over the last few years.

Washington - they've got the Pac-10 plus Ohio St., Boise St., Syracuse and Hawaii for their non-conference games.
