First you have to know the proper rules for when a democrat is charge with a crime.
1. He is innocent until proven guilty and all appeals are excused.
2. He can't be guilty it must be a case of Bush causing him to be railroaded by Buchco.
3. No democrat is every done anything wrong EVER it is always of case of your failing to understand the law.
