Nah... don't be too concerned YET. I'd give it 2-3, maybe 4 weeks at the most more, and if you don't feel flutters, or what feels like "butterflies, or bubbles" in your belly by then, get to a doc right away. As for right now, it's not totally abnormal. Just pay attention to the little things. Are you feeling "butterflies" in your stomach? Are you feeling tiny little pushes, like someone has rested their finger on your belly, but from the inside?? That's what it feels like at your stage. Then, it'll progressively get harder, and before you know it, you'll be able to actually see your belly roll and tumble, like alien! It's awesome.
Just keep your doctor really informed, and really pay attention to every little detail. Keep a journal if that helps. It may help the doctor too, if you keep a log.
Good luck! And congrats!

I'm 25+ weeks and I finally felt the baby move (for sure) yesterday. I have an anterior placenta, which means that it attached at the front of my uterus. (They can find this out at your next ultrasound.) You often feel the baby a lot later then.
My doctor recommended I rent a Doppler from Heartones.com and that has helped a lot. You can listen to the heartbeat that way and know that things are coming along even if you can't feel the baby moving.
Hope that helps!

If this is your first pregnancy you may not feel fetal movements until well into the 5th month. With my first I didn't feel any fetal movements until I was 20+ weeks pregnant. With my second I could feel them by 12 weeks.
I wouldn't be too worried if you have already heard the baby's heartbeat your chances of miscarrage are significantly decreased.
As always if you are really concerned you should contact your doctor.

I started feeling movements with my first pregnancy at 13 weeks and my 2nd at 10 weeks.
The baby is probably moving but u're just too busy to notice it. Try drinking a cold drink or after a meal, lay down and relax and maybe u'll feel ur baby move or kick. If u are concern, please always call ur DR and let them know. Better to be safe than sorry.

You'll feel the baby move soon. 17 weeks is usually the first window to start feeling the fluttery feelings...you won't get a good jab or a thump until the baby gets bigger and stronger. You might start noticing things soon, it might be a few weeks yet.
If it's your first pregnancy (sounds like it), you likely won't know what to recognise as movement at first...you don't all of a sudden get a big kick.

i did no longer fairly practice until approximately 22 weeks. As for feeling your infant- you're becoming devoid of determining it. 18-22 weeks is what's seen prevalent to feelthe infant pass. in case you have an anterior placenta, are heavier in the beginning, the infant's back is dealing with out and legs in, or if it is your first you are going to be able to experience it later. attempt ingesting some oj and laying in a quiet place on your back for awhile and notice in case you are able to experience it. additionally each and every person shows at diverse situations- no must be nervous.

No, its still a little early. Most people start feeling it around 22 weeks. Sometimes it can be earlier with second pregnancies. But there's nothing to worry about.
