It will take about 5 weeks for HCG levels to lower to non-pregnancy levels. However, they should be dropping post-miscarriage and not rising. You may be pregnant again. That is entirely possible.

No way. They go down. I have had 2 miscarriages and mine took about a week to drop right down to nothing.

Theoretically, yes. It is rare, but happens.
1. If you had twins and only one miscarried and the other is healthy.
2. If you have a condition known as a molar pregnancy. This is dangerous and must be tended to by a doctor immediately.
