This shows how 'some' liberals are celebrating the lost lives of our troops. I find this hateful towards everything that's good about America. Thoughts?

It sounds more like immaturity and a greater emphasis on winning debates than on finding solutions.
Politics can make the worst of people surface.

Yes it sounds like a celebration of troop casualties. The democrats have been wanting this war to be lost since before it began. Losing the 2000 election seemed to break loose every scrap of rationality and civility they had. As soon as Bush was elected the democrats were determined to undermine everything he did. They even announced it on public talk shows that now that the republicans control everything they will take the blame when the country falls to ruin. So the set about their plan to sabotage and undermine the entire country to make the administration look bad and place their party back into power. When a war began they were determined to make certain it was lost. They are thrilled with every soldier killed because it makes the president look bad. So they celebrate and publicize it. They leak battle plans into the press to ensure more troop deaths. They constantly push for withdrawal to keep up enemy morale. They are the best weapon the enemy has. I find it rather disgusting. And I thought that the pentagon was right to not give troop deployment information to Hillary Clinton. I would not want to divulge battle plans to the enemy either.

Those who do not understand war see only needless loss of life on both sides. Those who get it and still feel that things are worth fighting for see sadness and nobility in the loss of life (often on both sides). Death in war is always sad. It is not glorious to die but there are those who's deaths are deamed glorious by the living.
For those who are unwilling to fight for anything then war is a show of weakness. As Commander in Chief President Bush is thier focus for this percieved failure. To them the soldiers are just wasted deaths and therefor less meaningful in terms of thier sacrifice. One dead soldier is seen as one more nail is Bush's coffin.
Every time I hear of a soldier's death I say "Thank You".
War is going to get worse and worse over the years. The days of uniformed combatants under the flags of thier nations is over. Battles are no long on open fields between armies but rather in open markets and school yards between children and shrappnel. Draw your enemies to your armies and grind them to pulp.

failed republican wars??? huh... and here i thought this war was about all of us remaining safe...

i thought it was about derailing terrorism and not giving in too demands made at the point of a gun...

i thought it was about the united states staying strong and not allowing this sort of chaos on our shores...

i thought it was about showing radical islamofascists we will not be cowled by their barbarity....

i thought it was because we were a nation that believed in freedom.... and that we know the difference between what's right in the world.... and what's wrong....

and it is wrong to strap a bomb to your body and walk into a crowded disco and set it off....

it is wrong to drive a car filled with explosives into a crowded marketplace and blow it up....

it is wrong to take command of air liners and crash them into skyscrapers....

if we do not have the will to act when we have been attacked on our own shores... if we do not defend what our father's have gifted us....

how long can we remain free?

thank god for soldiers, men and women willing to fight for what they believe in...that have the will to protect what they hold dear....

thank god they are willing to protect the right of this ... person... to say such things...

They celebrated the evacuation of the vietnese embassy, what makes you think they are so different. Every liberal will claim Europe is better than America but every time I challenge them to leave and move to Europe, they don;'t
