I like completed manga, since I tend to forget what happens if I have to wait a month for each chapter (I pretty much read only shoujo manga, so it's 1 chapter/month for most the series I read). I'm not sure why, but I have a lot more trouble remembering characters and what happened in the last chapter while I'm reading a new chapter. For anime I'm completely the opposite though. I like watching ongoing series, because I like watching a lot of different series at one time, I don't really mind watching 20+ series at once. And I actually don't really mind waiting a week (or sometimes 2) for the next episode, it makes it seem that much better since you're waiting for it. And there's a lot of discussion for new anime, and plus since nobody knows what'll happen next, there's lots of interesting theories and opinions on what the next episode would be like (unless someone's read the manga/light novel or played the game). And I don't have as much trouble remembering characters and things like that since there's a new episode weekly (or longer depending on which group's subs I'm watching). I don't read fanfics, I've only skimmed through two. And kind of laughed while I was reading it, when it wasn't supposed to be funny. It's just kind of... not very believable to me. Edit: Wow my preferences are like the exact opposite of yours. xD

I always try to pave my own path rather than tread on the worn paths of others. If you don't follow your own path, you might as well be living someone else's life.
Although I'm not sure why this question is in the category "Egypt."

You have to believe in yourself and your dreams and goals. I married young.. and everyone told me that I was making a bad choice and that I shold live it up while I am single. But everything is twice the fun when you are doing it with a loved one!

If it's about yourself, that means you know better than others. If it's something that may need a specialised person, he may know better than you. All the way God knows better, so you better pray and ask God to show you the way and go for your dream.

of course with the total difference in this example........... but just to make it clear...........
always think of how prophets went through challenges and difficulties to achieve their "Dawa", and accomplish it.
it was a very hard and difficult path............but they believed in Allah !!
so, you too, have to believe in Allah and trust Him, then in your "abilities" and also have the merit of challenging and achieving your dreams........... of course, consider everything around you, your capabilities, use your imagination as well and be true to yourself in estimating the final results........
i believe after this............you'll be at least able to decide easily inshaa Allah which path to follow without the interfere of anybody in your final decision :-)

If people aren't happy with what I do- I give them the finger and continue on doing it.
