My girlfriend and I getting caught naked hiding in a closet after hours by the cleaners.
We were having a bit of fun in the closed office and heard people coming hid in the cleaners cupboard and omg it was the cleaners.
The worst was the next day when my workmates found out, the cleaners left a note.

First two weeks on the job, I brought in my tools from home in a tool box my wife had from one of her lumber jobs (plywood box with a dowel for a handle.)
My coworkers using Snap On tools and their own custom bags laughed so much at me. They called me Gepetto, and they were going to write "shoe shine: 5 cents" on the box.....lol
I took it as a man, the company gave me my tool set, and now those same people ask me for tips or advice on how to fix "their" equipment.
It might have been embarrasing to someone who is designer but my goal is to fix things, so doing it with my own set or Snap On means nothing to me. I teach the new guys the ropes and the bosses still give me the jobs that boggles the veteran pros......sometimes I surprise people at an easy fix.

I work in a restaurant and I was back in the kitchen getting my table some drinks. I had two glasses in my hand and I slipped on a jalapeno popper and felt straight to my knees with the glasses still in my hand. The male busser happened to be standing right in front of me and my head went straight into his crotch....ugh! Oh yeah we have cameras in the back kitchen so it got caught on tape and everyone got to watch it.

i went out partying all night and i fell asleep in class when i was a senior in high school. that was normal, but the embarrassing thing was that i didn't wake up when class ended and when i finally did, the next class was starting and i had the teacher and a few of my friends standing above me...they were trying to wake me up for 10 minutes.

Walking into the guys bathroom before school one morning. Thankfully there were no guys inside and the only people that saw were my friends (I was walking too quickly for them to stop me in time!). I was just having an absentminded day : )

Coming out of the bathroom and walking down the hallway with the back of my skirt tucked into my undergarments. Fortunately it was a pretty full skirt so I don't think I gave anyone too much of a show! :)

I did a celebratory karate kick (don't ask, we're creatives so we get a little crazy sometimes) and ripped the butt out of my pants. With no underwear. Yep...
Lucky for me, my my sis lives only a few blocks away & she brought me some pants.
