help on ratio?

I need the ratio of 7.98 x 10^7 to 2.21 x 10^7

I'm getting 798:221

That would be correct. 7.98 : 2.21 would also work, as would 3.61 : 1, since 7.98 / 2.21 = 3.61.

7.98 : 2.21
79.8 : 22.1
798 : 221
