is there a way to lighten ur eyebrows with turning them them orange and brassy?

i have dark black eyebrows and i wanted a lighter shade of black without having to do it proffesionally. Im aware of the risks) Thank u!

I saw a beauty feature & a makeup pro said she like to use Jolene bleach for the face to lighten brows. She left it on for 3-5 minutes & wiped it off before rinsing.

The makeup pro might have been Carmindy on "What Not to Wear" (TLC).
