I would suggest you ask your doctor when you should stop eating and drinking. It would depend on the time of the surgery. If you smoke, stop at least 3 weeks before the surgery. If you take blood thinners, inform your doctor before surgery. If you are taking aspirin, ibuprofen, vitamin e or vitamin c, you should stop taking these as they do thin the blood. Ask your doctor is the best advice.

Your doctor should give you a list of things to do and not to do the day before surgery. You can eat whatever you want the day before all day long, however you also can not eat after 12 midnight!

If you are talking about before the surgery, then you should not have anything (no liquids or food) after midnight the night before your surgery.. if you are talking about some other reason for food restriction then I have no idea...

I advise you to change your mind and not get them. They will look ugly and fake and feel fake as well. Please try to love your body the way it is without slicing yourself open to be filled with goo. I'm sure you're beautiful right now and you will drive many people off with your not-real-boobs.
