I have a friend!!!!! Who is trying to run my life and job!!!!! I am the manager and she wont listen!!! what shou i do

Relax? Really this situation is yours, unfornutely if your in it, you don't see that. So really your best bet is to understand that its your life. YOUR LIFE..... and YOU ARE doing this to your own life... simple as that... sorry to be so blunt, but there is always going to be people to control you in your life, you can't change that, but you can change you....
