I know he is running out of room now because he is growing but god sometimes they hurt! or am i the only one i feel like he is moving or somehow stretching his legs or something and hiting me right on my rib cage!! don't get me wrong i love my babies movements and they are so special to me but sometimes they are just so hard that i can't even move! lol

I am 36 weeks pregnant and my baby in head down and when he/she (no sex determined) moves, it feels as tho the baby is going to fall right out. But other times the baby will roll over or push down and either way, you feel like you are going to die it hurts so bad and remember to try not to make the faces you feel like making when you are in public. I have had people stop me and ask me if I was in labor and ask if I was ok, or they would touch me and trust me, you dont want to have to deal with all of that! Good luck

I have been thinking about this same thing; when I was pregnant with my son two years ago, I never felt him move as much as I'm feeling this fetus move! I'm 33 weeks along and this baby dances, kicks, swishes, and rolls almost violently sometimes. My son NEVER did that. I would just feel some kicks but nothing like this pregnancy. And this baby is stuck in my right ribcage and has been there for weeks now! I don't remember that with my son, either. Sometimes my husband and I can just look at my stomach and watch it move-sometimes rhythmically, sometimes just huge movements. I'm glad to know I'm not alone! I even called Labor and Delivery at the hospital because I was worried baby was moving too much and they thought I was nuts.

I was in the same situation as you. With my first pregnancy, my daughter kicked me some but she didn't move around a lot other than that. With my son, however, he would roll and move so much it would actually make me nauseaus (almost sea-sick, lol). Anyway, I don't think he ever once kicked me, although he did like to stretch out a lot and push with (I assume) his back under my rib cage. It was very uncomfortable, especially at the end. I found that I could actually move him if it became too uncomfortable. I would just gently push him out from under my rib cage and he would readjust for a while.

I'm pregnant with my first child and about 38 weeks pregnant. She is quite active. I enjoy it, but it does get tiring. Just this afternoon, she's been moving around and I told her that if she's uncomfortable in there, she's more than welcome to come out. There are definitely times when I can see my belly move and feel her press against my belly. As much as I enjoy it, it would be nice to be able to sleep comfortably again... The two hours a night I'll be able to sleep.

Im 35 weeks and all I feel is rolling around, the only time I feel a kick is when it's right in my ribs and it feels like she's pushing with all her might!

i feel the same thing and im 35 weeks. Its normal just to feel movements now instead of kicks. It hurts most when u feel like ur baby is stretching his/her legs...but i enjoy the pain anyways.

Yeah I felt the same thing, like he was rolling around a lot. I think its normal for certain babies and their position inside.
