Not if the age difference is small like 1 to 4 years difference...
I would say yes to 5 or more years difference because I can't imagine what they would have in common with an age gap of more then 5 years

apparently and i don't know if it's true, a guy is three years less mentally mature than a girl. So if a guy is 18, he has the mental age of a 15 year old. So.. if a girl is 18 and she has the mental age of a 18 year old, and goes out with a 17 year old, the guy will have the mental age of a 14 year old. so basically, the 18 year old girl will be going out with a 14 year old?! but i really don't no and am no way being sexist or whatever. In my personal opinion i think a guy should be more experienced than a girl, and its the guys job to care for the girl and whatever, so all in all.. i think a guy should be older. It just seems kind of right!

I'm a woman, and I've found that age doesn't matter.......it's the individual. I've dated anywhere from up to 10-13 years older to close to 10 yrs younger. I do think it's rather interesting when older women date younger men, but right now I'm dating a guy six years younger, and he's proven to be more mature than guys my age and older. All depends on the individual.....

I'd have to say girls dating younger guys would be weirder. But I guess it kind of just depends on how you're wording it. It might be weird for a girl to date a younger guy, but it's different for a guy to be dating an older girl.

I think it's really weird for a girl to date a younger guy - don't know why you would want to seen as though they are so immature and childish anyway!

it's more unusal for girls to date younger guys. Most girls i know including me prefer older men often 5-10 years older than them
