no way... you guys mad??
IT IS Dany Heatley...
50 goals & 55 assists; 105 points; +31; 74 penalty minutes and 10 game winners..!
no contest..!
RE: keithholm
Kopitar..??? he was -12 and only had 24 pim's last year... how is he even close to being power forward???
RE: Like I'm Telling You…, cyrenaica, The Caseman
Iginla is still one of the best... 5-6 years ago he was the best (as Thornton and Bertuzzi once was) but not right now, Iggy's stats has only been above average over the past few years up until last season. Heatley owns that title, for now...
BTW.. I'm not a Heatley lover or a Sens fan... I'm just saying, based on stats provided, Heatley is currently the best out there...

Power Forward? What is this Basketball? Gary Bettman comes from the NBA to "invigorate" the NHL like his mentor Stern and now we have power forwards? Has he finally gotten his way and destroyed the league? Which position turns into a point guard?
Drop the puck already.

either ovechkin or Thornton. Penner might make it up there one day but not yet and his astronomical contract won't help him get there.
okay to people who don't think Ovechkin is a power forward. first game he ever played in DC on his first shift he delivered a check that dislodged three glass panels. and gives out kick *** checks every night. i know for a fact because well i see every caps game. and to those that don't think Thornton is a power forward...well I'm not even gonna bother.

Everybody needs to go back and take a look at what a power forward is.
Ovechkin and Thornton are finesse players..........they are not power forwards.
The best power forward today is Jarome Iginla.

Ovechkin and Thorton as power forwards? Are you eating the mold off the cheese again lad? Shane Doan would have been a good answer. Getzlaf could be another.
Thorton and Ovechkin unbelievable!

Ovechkin and Thornton aren't close to being power forwards.
People like John LeClair, Brendan Shanahan, Todd Bertuzzi, Tim Kerr, Shane Doan, Al Secord...........big bodies who pound in front of the net...........those are power forwards.

Ovechkin for sure. HOWEVER I am really liking what I see in Kopitar. It's going to be scary what this guy could do this year.
