Heck yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can see that the ruling party has made many of you frightened. The real thing we need to be concerned about is how easy it was for an undereducated leader to sell his lies and create an atmosphere of fear and perpetual war.

You dont even know why our troops are out there so how can you even wonder this. Our president has little to do with whats going on. Find out who owns the president and then you will find a way to bring home the troops.

Keep in mind that the Catholic church has more money and power than any other organization in the world. Iraq is part of The Holy Land.

Yes. I plan to vote for Ron Paul. Note, I think that we should go after terrorists and those responsible for the 9/11 attacks. But we don't have to continue to occupy a nation whose people never did us any harm and who don't want us there now.

Remember, the people who tell us that it will be a bloodbath if we leave are the same who told us that Iraq would be a cake-walk.

To the people who warn of another Viet Nam, things got better after we left. We're on very good terms with them now.

NO... none of the perspective presidents can just stop the war and bring the troops home... if we weren't there things would be much worse than they are even the lib dems agree with that.

The only candidate that I believe would do that is Ron Paul, despite what the Democrats are saying. I'm voting for Ron Paul, but not because of his plans for withdrawing from Iraq. Other issues, such as the 2nd Amendment and taxes, are the primary reasons that I will be voting for Ron Paul.

That would depend entirely on "How" they plan to stop the war... Half sarcastically, too bad genocide is not an option.
No, I would not. Those that insist we cease this instant are extremely myopic and have learned nothing from the "Vietnam Experience." AND, if you ask most of the boots on the ground right now, they would agree with me.

The war is over. Now its about maintaining the progress and helping the Iraqi people get things set up the way they want it to be.

So no, I wouldn't support someone pulling out all the troops right now. It would be an insult to the troops and all who sacrificed to help bring greater stability to the Middle East.

I plan on voting for Gravel. One can't just vote on the candidate who says they will end the war now - most politicians are two faced and insincere, they will say anything to get elected, and then do the exact opposite. The least likely candidates to end the war are probably those most vocally acting like they will end it.

I'll vote for any candidate who (at minimum) will get the costs of Bush's war down to a reasonable 20% of what they are now.

Immediate pull out is a pipe dream and will never happen.

The next best thing is to get the costs down to $1-2 billion per month.

No.

Unlike many Democrats , I opposed the war from the beginning, but we must be responsible in our withdrawal -- both to the people of Iraq and for the larger world community.
