We live in London and want to visit the ISM, preferably over a weekend. Can anyone recommend nearby hotels? Thx!

Again, as I have done before, I'll recommend Premier Travel Inn as they're quite cheap as they charge per room and not per person. They also have one situated in The Albert Dock, so you're right by the museum.

Have a great time:) You should also try check out some of the other attractions in Albert Dock if you have time, including Tate Liverpool, Merseyside Maritime Museum and if you're a Beatles fan, The Beatles Museum.

I tend to go to the Premier Travel Lodges when out of the 'pool I really enjoy the cooked breakfast They are comfortable and clean. In Liverpool there are plenty of of places to eat with many nationalities opening restaurants. it depends upon what you want. There are many other places to stay

Depends how much you want to pay, there is a Crowne Plaza and a Capanile both on the waterfront which are nice.
