I was issured a 60-day by the owner of the property in CA, the date on the notice is incorrect it reads a 90-day date not 60. Does this make the notice invalid?

The notice is valid, but not prior to the 90 day date.

I believe, under a court of law, you currently have 90 days to come to a solution. However, if your landlord becomes aware of the error (you mention it, etc.) before 30 days have passed, the landlord may give you a different notice with only 60 more days. Keep it quiet, if you cannot resolve the issue.

60 is the minimum. If they gave you 90 days, they're being nice to you. Also, a 60 day notice must span 2 full rental periods so unless it's given on the last day of a rental period it may well look like more notice.

The date specified is legally the date that would hold up in court.
