Your authorized identify will probably be in your marriage license and child's birth certificate. So in the event you hold your present married name, with a view to be on the papers. Should you legally alternate your name again to your maiden identify, then that title might be used. And if you happen to change your title to your new husband's identify after marriage, that name will be on the delivery certificates If you do not legally trade your title, then your ex-husband's name is your authorized last title and will must appear on all authorized records like a start certificate, marriage license, passport, drivers license, and so forth

Not if you changed it prior to getting remarried. When you divorce, you have the option of getting your maiden name back. If you go and change it back then that is the name that is going to be on the certificate.
With my first divorce I never bothered to go and get my name changed back to my maiden name. So on the marriage certificate to the second husband I was married with my X's name. When I divorced my second husband he didn't even realize what my maiden name was? What a stupid idiot.

There's no need for an ex's name to be on the marriage certificate unless you're remarrying them or they're one of your witnesses.

Your ex's last name will appear on the marriage certificate but only if you kept it when you were divorced. I got divorced and kept my ex's last name and then got remarried and his last name is on my marriage certificate.

LOL do you mean does it show on your marraige certificate if you were married before? No it does not and if you still have his last name then the only thing on there will be the last name and it will be behind your first name. If you do not have his last name anymore then that won't even be on there =P

It depends what surname you are using when you register your intention to marry for the second time. If you reverted to your maiden name when you got divorced then your 2nd marriage certificate will say ..... in the marriage between Mary (Maiden name) etc, however - if you are using your 1st married surname then your 2nd marriage certificate will reflect that name, ie Mary (married name)... Congratulations on finding happiness 2nd time round - good luck.

If you re-marry your ex, then yes, their name appears on the marriage certificate. Otherwise, no.

The name that appears on your identification (the ID you'll be presenting to the clerk when you apply for your license) is the one that you put on there.
You must also list previous marriages and how they ended (death or dissolution) and often the dates of termination.

If you had your maiden name restored when yuo got divroced, then no, it won't show up. If you kept your ex-husband's last name, then it will show up on the marriage certificate because that's your name.
