To say thank you for me is very easy because i mean it when i say those words. Giving thanks comes from my heart that's why it is as smooth as silk when doing it. Thank you for your answer, i seldom use because thank you is enough. Sometimes it depends on the construction of words you use in a sentence. I do use that most often.

Frequently, it is the easiest thing in the world. Sometimes I just don't know how to do it.
How do I thank my Mother for all the hard work, all the times she kept her mouth shut, all the sleep she lost, for all she taught me, in short, for all these years of unconditional love. Somehow, "Thank you" doesn't seem to even come close.
How do I thank the people who have hurt me so much for all that they have taught me? "Thank you for tearing my heart apart, and for what I am becoming as I rebuild it"?
I could go on, but I think you get my point.
Good question :-)) You know I love you, and that's better than "thank you" in my book, any day :-))

It's usually not hard.. but there are occasions .. for example, when someone you have, for watever reason, taken a dislike to... saying thank you and meaning it is difficult because it means letting go of some ill feeling as well.... Why is that? Why is it hard to let go of ill feeling? Forgiving is difficult.. when thank you is linked to forgiving... that's when it becomes very difficult.

When I was a child, my mom would always remind me to say thank you and I thought it was going to kill me sometimes. Now, I am glad she instilled good manners and values in us.
It's not that hard, and when I really mean it, it is very easy.

I say it all the time because I think it's important to show your appreciation and to let other people know you're grateful for what they do for you. I don't think it's hard at all. Maybe because I've practised it a lot!

It's the easiest thing to do when someone does something nice for you. Not so easy to do when someone does something for you that you REALLY didn't want but it was for your own good. It's THOSE times when a sincere "thank you" is MOST important.
