Missed court date (never received notice. Got order for default on the mail 2 months later) on a summons from an unpaid creditor.

Probably a real estate atty since it's now a lien against property and credit

good luck on that one, attorney civil litigation who specializes on court rules is your best shot, but it will be an up hill battle to prove no notice

If you paid off the creditor it would all go away.
