Personality ... here is why:
If someone has an amazing personality you have just covered the other 4 "things" that you mentioned ...
1.) Looks: How many times have you found someone attractive "after" you've gotten to know them? If someone has a terrific 'personality' then they will be attractive to you - regardless.
2.) Money: People with good 'personalities' have the capability to do or be anything they wish. Not that money is important .. it's last on the list as far as I'm concerned. A good personality can make you successful in life in whatever you choose to do. Whether that be making a lot of money or just being happy with what you do.
4.) Build: Again, we find that 'personality' can make someone attractive despite their outer appearance. If someone keeps you smiling or makes you laugh or makes you feel wonderful you don't mind the build. My aunt - who was quite pretty - married a guy who is 300+ pounds and I didn't get it at first. Now that I am older, wiser, and realistic I can see what she saw in him. Everyone LOVES him, he makes you laugh till your eyes water, and he is a truly loving human being. He is adorable to me now!
5.) Equipment: It's not the size of the machine ... it's the control of the operator! =) Once again, 'personality' is MUCH more of a turn on than any physical attribute. Especially, when they know how to make you "feel" rather than just wanting to use their "equipment". ;-p
I'm not saying the other things wouldn't be nice ... but they aren't the "be all to end all" by any means. Like my aunt said, "Looks only last for so long ... one day being able to talk and laugh with someone is going to be much MORE important than what they look like when they are young."

3&6. Looks are only important to the extent that I have to have some kind of attraction to him. He doesn't have to look like a top model. Build falls in the same category. Money isn't a factor. Equipment... That I can only judge once I've gotten close to him and trust him. It wouldn't matter as long as I'm satisfied, unless, there is virtually no equipment to play with...

There is not one "most important" thing.
When I was searching I looked at the overall picture. Looks=does he take pride in himself.
Money=does he have a job, doesn't matter what kind it is, just that it is stable.
personality=do we have common interests i.e. I am a computer/sci-fi geek that does not fit well with a person into snowboarding/rock climbing!
Build=healthy and generally fit, again pride in appearance.
Equipment=doesn't matter what the size is, skill and caring about the other person is soooo much more important. Not to mention compatibility of interests/drive.

Personality is huge for me and being smart. Money means nothing to me, looks is kinda eh for me. That is why when you look at my husband, he is the perfect one for me. He has it all and then some but that is my opinion.
