Are you a member of Cain's family and bear the Mark of Cain which is Gods death sentence on his decendants for his murder of Abel? Do you really have to die or can you take your case to court.

Cain's family is dead and if I remember correctly so is Abel's but I'm not entirely sure. Adam and Eve had another son and although I can't remember his name at the moment Noah is supposedly his descendant. But you could be descendants of Ham.
What's it matter? We're not to kill Cain or any member of his family.
