how can i make my boobs bigger?

Hi im 13. Does anyone know any foods or drinks that will make them bigger, excersises, or anything to make my boobs bigger ASAP? Do NOT say "you'll grow when your ready" I DO NOT want to hear that!!

Actually boobies are made up of mostly fat. My surgeon (who performed my breast reduction) explained that you are born with every fat cell you'll ever have, and when the fat cells on your chest start to fill up, you'll get noticeable boobs. I had to have a breast reduction when I was 29! They removed 6 pounds because I was an E cup. So -- careful with what you wish for!

You can increase the muscles BEHIND your boobs by pressing your palms together and applying pressure. I'm a child of the 60s, and we did this religiously as teens while we sang this goofy song:

Hi, I wanted to tell you about my experience with the CurvyBust cream. I'm 24 years old and I've spent pretty much my whole life wishing I had slightly larger breasts. You already know the answer, that's why you told people not to give you that answer.

You're not done growing yet. You also have to look at genetics. What size are the women on both sides of your family? Are the women small body size in your family? You may get larger when you get older & have a child. Other than that, take what God gave you. There are push up bras out there.

Boobs are over rated. If a guy doesn't want you because of your breast size then he isn't worth it. It's not what's on your chest, it's what is in your brain & heart.

sometimes the real truth of things is the last thing we want to hear...

but anyways let me tell you from experience that there's nothing out there to make your boobs grow any bigger than whats dictated in your genes. if you get on birthcontrol that sometimes makes them a little bigger and when you are pregnant they get bigger until after breast feeding is done with.

as far as exercises go you could start doing pushups and chest presses to build up the muscle underneath to give the allusion that they are bigger. they won't actually get bigger but it will appear so.

I didn't even get my first bra until I was almost 14.

Breasts are mostly made out of fat - so getting fatter is the only way to make them bigger faster than their natural growth rate. Unfortunately this will also make the rest of you fatter too. Fat bum, fat thighs, fat tummy, fat arms.

Your breasts will keep developing until you are 25 years old - when your body is finally done growing. I went up a whole cup size between 18 and 24yrs.

aw, i know exactly how you feel. i'm 16 and i used to be pretty flat. i know you don't want to hear that you could grow, but you really can, because i'm at about a c cup now. and if you're very serious about it, birth control pills can help, a side effect of the pill is enlarged breasts. there are a few chest excersices that you could probably look up online to help too.

I hate to say it so I won't - you already know the answer. Besides they aren't that great - they serve their purpose yes, but mostly they can just get in the way...think of it this way - you'll never get to enjoy sleeping on your stomach in the same way again so enjoy it while it lasts!
