It depends on how much you smoke of either one. Marijuana can be just as bad as tobacco because you hold the smoke in your lungs longer. So you may smoke less weed than someone else smokes tobacco, but they can both have the same consequences. One statistic I have read is that one joint is equal to approximately 11 cigarettes.

Tobacco, most people grow out of smoking marijuana. Tobacco hooks people for life. Mary Jane will also ease pain so it has some sort of medicinal purpose.

Had to say it, BOTH are harmful....
Tabacco gives you instant pleaseure for about 10-mins and is expensive.
Marijuana- does have it health benefits (eye disease, ease of pain for cancer etc) but can be harmful if you are really wacked outon it and drive into someone else.

What's the difference?They're both addictive and the only positive thing about marijuana is that it's a good pain killer.Too much of both are unhealthy.
