Do you have an original copy of your lease that lists your boyfriend and minor child? If so, she cannot do anything. If not, send her a letter certified mail stating that the continued harrassment must cease immediately. State in the letter that your son and boyfriend reside in the residence with you and this was something she was made aware of before she rented to you. If she continues to call you or come to your door for whatever reason call the police for harrassment. Don't give her a reason to evict but it sounds like she will find one as it is obvious the relationship is not a cooperative one. Do not be scared if she goes forward with eviction proceedings and do not think you have to get an attorney because you don't. If you did not disclose to the landlady that your boyfriend and son would be residing at the resident prior to entering into a lease agreement with her, then you are at fault and try to work something out with her.

Were your boyfriend and your son included on your original lease? Check your copy and see what it says. If they were, she can't just remove them herself unless they have done something to violate the lease, in which case she might be able to. Is your son a minor, or an adult? If he's an adult, and wasn't on the lease originally, and your boyfriend wasn't on the lease, then you probably are in violation.

She can't take anyone off a lease if they were approved to live there.

which country are you in?
If in the UK you could go to the citizens advice bureau.
