If I felt that what I was doing was not harming someone in some way then cetainly.
The law is only a guideline in any event.

as long as i wasn't hurting anyone else and the chances of being caught for tax evasion were pretty slim...then, yeah I might.

No not these days I wouldn't. In the past i may have if I considered it a "victimless crime". But these days I even consider tax evasion to not be victimless - I've broadened my concepts a little.

if the chances are slim to none, theres still a chance you can get caught.
so id stay on the safe side and not take the job.

Nope. My wife and children come first and I will not risk prison to lose them. We've been in worse situations and have always made it without doing anything illegal.
