A good rock song should do it. I believe heavy metal is a bit too dark for me.
But if you want me to name an artist I believe System of a Down would rock your world just like their songs Chopsuey, Toxicity and B.Y.O.B !!!!

My oldest nephew put together a demo cd with his band members. It got some play time on the airwaves. Even played at a lot of war of the bands, and other events. Deviant 151. It's all heavy metal music. Listen to that once in a while.

Nicole, when I want to get rid of any aggression, then all I have to do is put some KISS, on the turntable. One song, in particular, that does the job is "Rock and Roll All Night". It does the job. Peace!
