I had too much junk food the other night, and now I've been throwing up a little and I feel sick. I don't have really severe neuasea, I just need to get rid of it fast. I heard ginger tea is a good remedy but we don't have any one hand, we do have peppermint tea. I heard it is also good for stomach problems. Is that true?

I'd go ahead and give it a whirl. I've found peppermints to be great for nausea and often suck on them when I'm in the car to prevent or treat motion sickness. Peppermint can be very soothing for an upset stomach, so it probably wouldn't hurt to try it.

Peppermint in general is good for nausea and so is cinnamin.

apparently from your description you may want to induce vomiting to get that out of your system.

otherwise the peppermint tea will soothe the system. the ginger as other suggested will be helpful also.

you might want to go on a colon cleanse and purge the system with some cascargra segrada (sp) and slippery elm.

also if you're into aromotherapy you could keep a bottle of peppermint essential oil nearby and when you feel nausated sniff on it.
