There are many interpretations of who the four horseman are, I like Plague, Famine, the Antichrist and Death. That said,
Brittany - Plague (a sickness, destroying all around her)
Lindsay - Death (to herself, maybe others if she keeps driving)
Paris - the Antichrist (she's the corrupting factor in the group)
Nicole - Famine ( though she may be recovering)
