Yes,
you can sell it on ebay, or advertise it on Craig's list, or in the newspaper.
the money you get for it, go on a trip and spoil yourself, you deserve it.

They have those trash my dress photo sessions. Where the bride gets all dressed up in her dress and rolls around in dirt or plays in a paint ball fight, goes to the county fair anything that you get dirty doing and the photographer takes photos. Brides are doing this after the wedding, because really, who would want the dress? And even if you do get married again would you really want to wear the same dress? I wish I still had my dress from my first wedding...it'd be fun to roll around in the mud and have my picture taken. My second husband made me throw it away...that should of been my first clue that he was manipulative and controlling.

Turn it into cash and sell it at a thrift shop. Or post an ad in the local paper and say " Wedding dress, size 8, worn once by mistake." No reason to just keep it tucked away.

Sell it. Or you could rip it, pour stage blood all over it, and wear it as a Halloween costume! The ripping part may be a good release for any negative feelings left over from the divorce.

Put it in the trash. No one wants to buy a divorced wedding dress!

Put an add in the paper selling it
Sell it to one of those stores that pays you for your clothes and then resells them (consignment I think its called)
Donate it to a thrift shop. Not everyone can afford an arm and a leg when they get married but every bride deserves to look beautiful

do what some wealthy people do, they have the dress made over to be a tea length dress maybe if it has long sleeves have them cut to be short or elbow length , it could still be used to make a beautiful evening out to a nice dinner.

Did you have any children inyour marriage? I have a son and saved my wedding dress for him ( well his wife) if she wants it . Because like you a spend wayyyyy to much on it.
If not I suggest E-Bay or a consignment shop.

Sell it on eBay, or you can burn it and hope to get rid of the bad luck, or just hang on to It and reuse it if you get married again, think of all the money you could save.
