Who says that eating cheese before bedtime will give you nightmares. There's no proven theory about this. Nightmares are caused by some activity in our brain. It's a normal thing. Don't worry, you may eat cheese as many as you want before you go to bed but not too many. Have a nice time!

Does eating cheese before bedtime give you nightmares? NO!
If you want to have a good sleep you should think about a waterfall or a relaxing & tranquil scene like a forest. The details of your picture help fill your brains "space" and blocks out worries that keep you awake. This sounds so good i will try it tonight.!!! hehehe

Eating cheese before bedtime definitely produces nightmares (providing the surrounding pizza is fresh and zesty).

I don't do it now. But when I was a kid I sometimes ate cheese before bedtime, and it did give me nightmares. Perhaps it was the fat content; who knows?

Not a myth, but must be a personal make-up thing. I always dream more after eating cheese. Not always nightmares.

No more than anything else.
Usually nightmares are caused by some unresolved problem that has happened & it is still worrying you. Nightmares is how the subconscious deals with anxiety.

No. I eat cheese anytime I want it. It's one of the few foods I can eat without negative consequences.
