He is 11 months old. He has 2 naps a day, the first one is about 2-3 hours after he wakes in the morning, and he sleeps about 2 hours. The second nap is again about 2-3 hours after he wakes from the first nap. And he'll sleep about 1 hour. His longest awake time is after the second nap, before bedtime.
For bedtime, our routine is dinner in the highchair, bath, book, bed. No bottle or breast for falling to sleep, and he doesn't like to be rocked to sleep. But he does like me to rub his back as he falls asleep. He sleeps about 10 hours at night.

My daughter is 13 months old
she takes 2 naps a day, 1 for about 1 hr in the morning and 1 for about 2 hrs in the afternoon
Her bedtime is 9:00 or 9:30, and she goes right to sleep
She was bottle fed, now she drinks solely from a cup, and only cow's milk.

My 4 a million/2 month previous falls asleep around 9 (supply or take a nil.5 an hour) and wakes up everywhere from 8-10 interior the morning. 3 month old baby girl- naps 2-3 times a day for between 15 mins and one hour. breastfeeds. falls asleep aroung 11 pm and sleeps till am, wakes to eat an falls ba6;30-7 am and falls back to sleep until 9:30. works out great for me but i wish she would nap longer during the day. I get everything done at night when she falls asleep.

1)He is 2 months old
2)He naps whenever he wants, usually a few hours a day
3)Bath, lotion, bottle and to bed usually by 10. Usually sleeps till 6 am but sometimes he gets up at 2am.

2 a day - both about an hour
he goes to bed around 7.30 and sleeps until about 6.30
neither now - he has a cup of milk
