I am happy in my part of Tn but if I had to move I would want to live somewhere out West where I could have alot of space.
EDIT: Montanna would be an ideal place for the scenery- mountians and plains and a real winter. I could raise sheep and see mountain goats .

From NJ and i'm proud of it...but the next place in the States would have to be Virginia. Open spaces, fresh air, and sweet people all year round definitely sounds like a bit of Heaven!

Colorado. In the mountains, with lots of land =)
I prefer mountains over beaches. (when it comes to living somewhere) plus whenever i go there i never want to leave because its soo much fun and its really pretty too. theres awesome snowboarding and there's sandboarding. i went with my cousins, but never actually used the board lol. ANYWAY, just so much fun stuff in the perfect place!!
Choice number 2=outerbanks!! so fun =)
Choice number 3=pennsylvania
^^just thought i'd throw the other 2 in there^^

The one I'm in. Traveled all over this country. Here is good.
The land is beautiful. I make a decent living. The people are ok. The politics in my town and county suck. Colorado.

If you have the income to live well and enjoy all the benefits it's California and New York.
For more modest incomes levels it would be the two Carolinas, Texas and Oregon.
Yes the state must have beaches and mountains.

CA, the living is easy here. Close second, I'd love to live in New York if I had a good enough job to afford it.
