I never leave it up and i get angry when people do because it's really unhygenic. Unless the sink (where ur toothbrush is) and bath/shower is more than 6 feet from the toilet you need to flush with the lid down or everything gets covered with particles of water from the toilet....and I don't want any toilet water on my toothbrush thanks!

I'm female, so of course I don't leave the toilet seat up, but I do think there are worse things in the world, such as pee on the seat.

i live in a house with the total people living here is 12 so yes i get very mad when the toilet seat is left up, it is almost every time i go to the bathroom (or even worse... i know ewww gross right?)

Not just the seat down but the lid down too! The fastest way to see me fly around the house on my broom is to forget them both! Don't even get me started about what happens if they don't flush....
