How do you 'define'/describe the feeling? (Is it that sickly feeling you get when they're not around?)
What is it that makes you realise your 'in love?

No, I'm not in love, (so don't forget it, it's just a silly phase I'm going through..la, la la, la la la).
I'm single, and never been in love!
I was just curious to see how people define it etc.

When you accept each other. We all have faults. The important thing about being in love is that you recognise each others frailties. you look out for each other.
I think love is complete trust between each other, being able to talk over your concerns. I have waited many years for a man I can trust.
We laugh together, can be apart sometimes but we have so much in common. We sometimes say the same things at the same time.
We can see things going on around us; and we just look at each other and know what we are both thinking.
I feel I am very lucky, I am middle aged and have met my soul mate. Hope I don't sound too "sickly" but true love is quiet and wonderful. None of the histrionics of youth.
No offence meant!

Who gets sickly when someone isnt around? I get happy . . . you'll know when it happens. When you do things you swore youd never do, when you do things that go against every thing you stand for, when you put up w/ crap no-one should have to, and yes the butterfly thing when they are around. Being able to say anything, pick your nose in front of them, pee w/ the door open, pop the massive zit they cant reach, etc. Love is overrated. Try friends w/ benifits until your 30.

I must say that Love is a subjective term tho most describe it as a feeling they feel towards someone whom they are passionate and/or endearing to.

Love is when you can be intimate with someone. It's not easy task to encompass love with mere words but we try.

Basically, you realise love when you have strong feelings towards someone that makes you feel whole, and constantly want to spend time with them.

Tho Love is very much your own term to define.

Hun, for me it's indescribable. The only thing I can say is....You think about them all the time and when you do, you get those butterflies in your stomach. Even when they screw up, you still feel the same good feeling about them. You want to be around them and with them. You accept all there is, about them. It's just a feeling that is extremely difficult to describe really.

It's the most amazing feeling in the world. It's hard to explain but I think of it as being on a drug. All you think about is the person that you're in love with. You get nervous, shaky, around the person. I got so I was tongue-tied around him unless I didn't make eye contact. You also think of the person that you are in love with as 'flawless'.

For me, it's a sense of being out of control. I'm the type of person who likes being in control, so being in love is such a strange thing to me: I love the feeling of love, but it stresses me out because I don't have control. I miss him when he's gone, I'm happy when we're together, and I'm willing to work out our differences because I don't want to be without him. I can't control my thoughts or feelings, and everything is a big jumble.

I don't know. You just know. There wasn't bells, and pixies and dancing flowers for me. I just knew my husband was the one for me, and I was in love. I still get goosebumps when we kiss. We still have things to talk about. We enjoy the simple things. Ya know, you just know.....thats all I can say

With me I just knew......very hard to describe. Always thinking about them and always wanting to be together. I knew the minute he touched me.

When they are on your mind all day long and you yearn for them to be near you. Your heart flutters when you kiss them and you feel comfortable with them by your side.
