what do i use for a foundation on a 400 case 30 pack display- its going to be a football stadium (for work)?

the 30 packs will be covering any supports -so all you'll see is the 30 packs-- any ideas on constructing this?

milk crates work as a sturdy base.. as do pallets.... when I was young(er) and worked in a grocery store those are what we used to build displays .... add some border for trim and you are set!
